The 999 Portal: Spirit’s Awakening Messages for Humanity 

On the 9th of September 2025, we entered a 999 portal — a moment of profound spiritual significance. In numerology, 999 represents completion, endings, and the opening of a new chapter. It is also the vibration of awakening, global change, and stepping into higher service.

Over the past weeks, Spirit has been giving me visions — and today, they feel more connected than ever. I want to share them with you in full, because what’s unfolding in the world right now echoes them in uncanny ways.

Visions from Spirit

Rombo Quartz and Free Energy
I was shown crystals I call rombo quartz, filled with geometric codes. The message was clear: these are carriers of stored energy — a form of free energy that humanity will one day harness.

Med Beds and Healing
I saw healing chambers, often called med beds. They are real. They work with our natural energy fields, restoring balance, vitality, and harmony. Spirit says they will be rolled out when humanity is ready to use them responsibly.

Guardians of Ancient Knowledge
My visions took me to the Terracotta Army in China. But instead of statues guarding an emperor, I felt them as guardians of ancient wisdom and hidden technologies. They are protecting this knowledge until humanity can approach it with love, not greed.

Ships at Sea – Nations United
One night I saw fleets from every navy at sea, moving together — not for war, but for unity. It was a vision of nations coming together for the greater good. Spirit told me: even long-debated questions, like the nature of the Earth, will soon be answered in ways that unite us instead of divide us.

1789 – History Repeats
I kept being pulled to the year 1789. In France, that was the Revolution — people rising against corruption. In America, it was the beginning of the Constitution and Washington’s presidency — the foundation of democracy and liberty.

And now? In perfect synchronicity, the French government has collapsed, echoing that revolutionary cycle. Spirit is showing us: history is repeating, and we are at the cusp of another global reset.

The USA and Big Pharma
I was shown truths around vaccines and Big Pharma. Spirit’s message was: do not meet this with fear. Humanity has been deceived, yes, but the “good ones” knew, and much harm was prevented. The truth will surface, and when it does, it will awaken us further.

Antarctica & the Oceans
The flat Earth debate is a distraction. The real mysteries lie beyond Antarctica and beneath the seas. These are the glue — the hidden truths that will one day bring unity. I sense structures, crystalline energies, and technologies preserved under the oceans, waiting to return.

The Aquarian Age
And through it all, one word echoes: Aquarian. The Age of Aquarius. This is the time of collective awakening, higher consciousness, and unity. Earth is a special planet, and it will not be allowed to be destroyed.

The 999 Portal Meaning

Today’s 999 portal confirms everything Spirit has shown me:

  • Old cycles are ending.

  • Corruption and deception are collapsing.

  • Truths are surfacing.

  • Humanity is being called into its higher awakening.

Spirit’s reminder is simple: Conserve your energy. Don’t get lost in fear, anger, or drama. Rest, align with love, and trust the process.

Anger, Forgiveness, and the Bigger Picture

Over the last few months, I’ve shared several channeled insights and predictions. Looking back now, many of those messages are starting to unfold in the world around us. I don’t share this to boast — but to encourage you to listen, reflect, and notice how these pieces connect.

Right now, between the conflicts across the globe, the political drama with leaders like Putin and Trump, and the endless debates over what is “normal” and what isn’t, it can feel as though humanity is losing its sense of direction. The energy of the Lionsgate portal stirred things up even more.

But here’s the truth I’ve been shown: it’s like watching a movie.

When we sit back in the cinema, we don’t climb into the screen and fight the actors — we watch, we learn, and we let the story unfold. Life is the same. If we get caught up in every scene with anger and frustration, we lose sight of the bigger picture.

The Danger of Anger

Anger is a natural emotion, but when we hold on to it, it becomes poison. It raises blood pressure, damages relationships, and blinds us to solutions. In truth, anger doesn’t punish the person we’re angry with — it punishes us.

That’s why forgiveness is so important. Forgiveness isn’t saying what happened was okay. It’s saying, I will not let this control me any longer. It sets us free, clears our hearts, and makes space for healing.

The Alien Connection

Many people are sensing something else too — the alien or dimensional connection. This isn’t about fear. It may not even be about classic UFO sightings. It can be as subtle as a shift in energy, a wave of heat or cold, or a gut feeling that something “other” is present. These beings are not here to frighten us, but to guide us, support us, and remind us that we are part of a vast, loving universe.

Remember Love

At the core of it all, the reminder is simple: we all come from the same source — unconditional love. If we choose love over anger, forgiveness over bitterness, and trust over fear, we will navigate these challenging times with far more ease.

Yes, difficult scenes are playing out on the world stage. But remember — it’s a movie. And like all good stories, light comes after the darkness. Good things are ahead.

So take a breath. Step back. Forgive. Love. And watch the story unfold.

It starts out as a way to escape. A bit of fun. A coping tool.

But before you know it, the substance that numbed the pain becomes a source of it. You feel disconnected, low, stuck — and sometimes, ashamed. And if that’s where you are now, I want you to know: you are not alone.

Ketamine is addictive — let’s be real about it

There’s no point sugar-coating it. While ketamine has clinical use in pain relief and mental health treatment, outside a controlled environment, it can lead to:

  • Mental fog

  • Bladder and physical health issues

  • Emotional numbness and dissociation

  • Dependency and withdrawal

  • Loss of motivation, relationships, and identity

It becomes a cycle. You chase relief… but feel worse in the long run.

Addiction isn’t the problem — it’s the symptom

What I’ve found in my work is this: addiction is rarely about the substance.
It’s about what’s underneath — unprocessed trauma, stress, anxiety, loneliness, a deep unmet need for calm or control.

That’s why I don’t just work on “stopping the drug.”
I work with people to help them understand why they reached for it in the first place.

Using hypnotherapy, I guide clients into a relaxed state where we can access the subconscious mind — where the roots of addictive patterns often lie.
Then, through deep life coaching, we begin to gently build new behaviours, healthier coping tools, and a sense of purpose again.

12 tips to help you relax & combat life’s challenges with anxiety, stress and worry.

Even when things aren’t perfect or don’t seem to be working out, I choose to trust in life.

Here are some tips to help you deal with life’s challenges, which I hope will enable you to recognise and control common tensions and anxieties. It is my belief that the only way to be able to combat anxiety successfully, is to learn all you can about it and then teach yourself ways of controlling the problems and effects caused by either an anxiety attack or an anxious situation that you find yourself in.

These tips are in no particular order and I hope that you will read them all, try them all and then use the ones that you find ‘work for you’:

1. Talk over your worry. Everyone needs to do this at different times in their life. (Choose a friend, relative or professional helper you can trust).

*The magic word here is trust! It is impossible to talk candidly to someone who you feel either does not understand or you don’t trust. If you find someone who you can trust, try to use that trust and friendship to help relieve some of your burdens.*
Some Results: You will have relief from strain and be more able to see what you can do about your problem.

2. Escape from your problem – even if only for a while. (Lose yourself for a while in a change of scene or an interest. There is no merit in “Sticking it out” and suffering).

*As I have mentioned before, I use exercise and music to relax. I also read books and surf the internet. All of these things takes me away from stressful situations and help me get my mind back to a state in which I can deal again with life.*
Some Results: Afterwards, you will be clearer in your mind and able to come back and tackle your problem.

3. use up anger by physical activity. (Channel your anger into a job that needs doing or take a long walk or even play a game).

*Physical exercise is a great way of removing pent up aggression. Please walk away from a potential flash point. It never solves anything and only intensifies your loss as you lose either friends, family or even both. I know it is difficult but self-discipline is the only real option here.*
Some Results: You will “let go” of your anger instead of bottling it up, which causes more tension.

4. Give in to others – occasionally. (This is easier on your nervous system in the long-run and you’re the one who counts. Only children stay obstinate and defiant all the time).

*This is so difficult to do because giving in also implies weakness and submission, both of which are hard things to do. Try this one occasionally and see how you feel! If it is a good feeling then try it again (but not all the time).*
Some Results: You will feel a relief from pressure and develop a stronger sense of maturity.

5. Do something for someone else. (Even a smile or a generous word is a good start. Add to this daily).

* It sounds crazy to do this and you can not see how this will benefit you, right? Well only after you have tried it and done it and continued to for some time can you see the benefits here. But they are worth doing. You do feel more fulfilled and can make friends and build relationships as well.*

Some Results: It will help you to feel less isolated with your worry and start to turn your thoughts outwards.

6. Deal with one thing at a time. (Select the urgent tasks first and get on with them. Forget the rest for the time being. Tension and worry makes even an ordinary day seem unbearable. This need not be a permanent state).

*This is a problem I had. When I worked as a chef offshore if I had work I had to do it all and all by myself. I felt I was indispensable and that no-one could cope without me. I never delegated and nearly had a complete breakdown as a result, as well as losing friends and alienating colleagues in the process.*

Some Results: This will help you achieve something and the other tasks will seem easier when you get around to them.

7. Try not to be a perfectionist in everything. (If you expect too much of yourself all of the time, you can create a constant state of worry and anxiety. So decide which things you do well and put your major efforts into these first).

*Oh boy! This was me. Still is if I let it (but I’m not quite such a compulsive perfectionist now). This is hard and I can not tell you how to change. You need to work this one out and fast. This would be my #1 in this list, so work on this. In the long run it really will help.*

Some Results: You will avoid an open invitation to yourself to fail and probably make life easier for yourself – and others.

8. Try not be to critical of others. (Concentrate on other people and your own good points and try to understand and develop them).

Some Results: You will probably feel frustrated and let-down by yourself and others.

9. Develop co-operation with others. Not competition. (Give the other man a chance. If you are no longer a threat to him, he stops being a threat to you).

*This is true but I guess I never looked at things in such a black & white manner?*

Some Results: You will have less emotional or physical tension over reaching goals (real or imaginary).

10. Make yourself available to others – make the first move occasionally. (Neither push too much or withdraw too much. Feelings of rejection and neglect are very painful but are often self-imposed).
*Again this is me. Always wanting to please and feeling very rejected when things turn out differently. I get paranoid and think that people are either laughing at me or avoiding me. I guess I withdraw as an automatic protective manner.*

Some Results: At least you will know you’ve made an effort and this will build your confidence.

11. Plan your recreation time. However short. (Allow some time for a hobby or recreation. Un-planned time often becomes wasted time. Make variety part of the planning).

*This links in nicely with some of the other tips. Try and get involved (if you can) with team sports or activities where there are other people around. I know first hand how hard this is (you will feel so much better about yourself if you can) and I am still struggling to do it myself (remember doing is not quite as easy as knowing). This is a very good tip so try it.*

Some Results: You will return to your work or your problem with a fresher outlook.

12. Learn methods of exercise and relaxation then practice them daily. (You are aiming to be in control of your body and learning how to counteract tension and anxiety).

*The best tip of them all. Sometimes though the hardest to do. It is not easy to relax when you are stressed and tense. It is better to try out different methods when you are not so stressed and tense and then use the ones that really help to relax you when you need them most. I use music and sport. It works for me so try it, what have you got to loose?*

Some Results: You will unlock tension in every part of your body and even prevent tension in the future.

If all else fails use my F bubble meditation gets the point across.

The Circle of Influence and the Circle of concern

This is a great process to go though when you have had enough and need to sort out stuff in your head, The idea or model is taken from Stephen Conveys The 7 habits of highly effective people 1989.
We all have concerns in life some we can influence and some we cant in the present, that can change in time. I have learnt though my own life lessons that we cant always change our concerns, especially in politics or the past, people dying, the meaning of Life and so on …but when we Rewind and slow down, then Review this is a great process to look at when we review what we can influence, before we Re engage in life.

All of us have a wide range of concerns in our lives – our housing, our health, our friends and family, the environment, weight issues, animal rights, sex and drugs and rock and roll, the universe of our concerns can go on and on, there are some things we can influence and some things we can only stay concerned about. we do have a choice.

Now we have a choice about where we focus our attention and energy. Not that I am saying to eat wild mushrooms by the way, as you will go mad and that wont help you, but when we take control and focus on your circles of influence and look at what you can influence, we are then ready to Re engage.

Worry Only About the Problems in Your Circle of Influence.

Once you have had a look and sorted out in your head and divided all the concerns in to circles of concern and circles of influence.
Take a break, go for a walk, chill out. and ask
What really is worth my energy?
Who can I influence?
When can I see them?
How will I approach them?
Let the questions and answers, solutions come into your head. Be relaxed and feel good about the fact your moving forward now.

The author and leadership guru Stephen Covey encourages us to only focus on concerns that we have control over. He outlines the “circle of concerns” as all of the stuff that worries us – and then a smaller “circle of influence” (within the larger “circle of concerns”) that only contains stuff that we can actually control.

His point, of course, is that we should only spend our energy on stuff that we can do something about. Focus only on problems that lie within your “circle of influence.”

That is not an easy thing to do at times, but better that, than giving in to negativity.
We are creative and we all have passions, core values that drive us forward look at the other blogs and use all the tools, tips advice, learn and take action.

The Psychic Minds in Mental Health

What is the psychic mind and how does it take part in mental health?

Psychogenic lies outside of scientific insight and is often linked to religious ritualistic and supernatural forces, which are often marked by influences, perception, sensory, morals, immaterial, and so forth. It has been witnessed by few that trauma patients often have a higher level of perception and sensory tools and have been known to have sixth senses and shared pains. This is a new subject that will be addressed later, but I wanted to separate the two. The two are separate from the psychic mind and often linked to the sources.

The many psychic minds around the world believe they can communicate with the dead and predict an unforeseen episode. Is it possible that a person can go into another world and speak with those of the past?

We will see! Having being a Psychic medium I do believe we can, or am I just delusional?

The many people in the world that has helped police officers find murders, help families get in contact with the other world, and have endured attacks on their own lives may not have a psychic intellect, rather they may have an underlying mental illness that creates an delusional outlook or they may have an actual gift who really knows? 

We can look at magic practice, which is a series of acts that include illusion and delusion. What happens is the person is led to believe that an act is real when in fact it is not or as we are taught to believe this, we feel that is the case? We cant open our minds to ask if its true. yet even when I give validations some still believe its not true, maybe I am dilutional or just have a spilt personality?

Another example can be seen in the so-called healers. These people lead others to believe that they can make another individual walk if he or she is in a wheel chair. I learnt information on this subject including that in one case the person had a van parked out in the lot and microphones connected to another individual that acted out the part, and the person in the wheel chair was never paralyzed in the first place. State of illusion-delusion and unfortunately this happens often in our system. But I  have seen amazing healing done, with holistic healers and being a Reiki master I know it can help.

How is this linked to mental illness? Well we can see that the person is an impulsive-compulsive liar that gets rich off misleading others. We call them charlatans and they give the good and genuine healers/Psychics a bad name. We are alert to the fact that when a person illustrates a damning behaviour it often leads to problems that are more dangerous. I have seen so called healers and psychics with no authoring bodies or insurance or even training do damage to others. Very often its myself that has to heal them using my other skills like counselling, life coaching and hypnotherapy.

Now we come back to the psychic mind where these people are misled into believing they have contact with other worlds and can predict or foreseen outdated. Most likely, the person had some connection in the first place, whether the information was in a book read and forgotten or what-have you and yes this can happen. But if you have been trained and are of sound mind, demonstrated your skills in public or private, you have to ask is there something to this? or is it just some delusional mind?

We know from sources that anyone practices magic, employing divination, mediums, sorcerers foretellers and so forth were all recording throughout the history and we are aware that these people are considered evil. So called witches and healers were wrongly burnt, hung and killed

However is Evil the source of the problem? while the individual may be thoroughly deceived and probably suffering underlying causes that make them believe as well as make others believe they have a natural ability to talk to the dead or they may have found out that we can all do this and open up to the possibility of it being true?

The fact is mind over matter is powerful and can become deadly if a person is twisted in their beliefs and thinking process. The mind alone is powerful and can play tricks with the mind that many will struggle to understand. However if we practice vigilant, and work toward enhancing our skills to hear and listen, as well as reading between the lines, we are working toward a healthy mind that very few will have the opportunity to deceive. This article in no way intended to hurt other person’s feelings, rather it is geared to help the audience learn mental health issues, the mind, and why things happen.

It is also geared to help the audience see how jealousy, envy, lies, hate, and other elements play a large role in mental health and mental illnesses.

Many people in the world suffer mental illnesses and often are not aware of this fact until the behaviour that initiated the illness grew into a series of behaviours and thinking processes that escalate to madness.

But the What if? question is how many people have be wrongly diagnosed delusional, when in fact they had gifts and skills that can help us all. The world has many problems and until we all face up to reality and truth we are never going to find the answers to the many problems that often sit in front of our faces.

In todays world with so many untruths and lies spread by social media, we have to ask ourselves what is fact and what is fictional?

I am my own biggest sceptic and I ask all the time, if what I get or think is true and very often it is, but only when I have a quiet mind and peace, I really get the answers, yes I could be delusional or a devil or maybe I just believe in Angel’s and god?

Point to all this is be open minded don’t just judge others on what you don’t know or understand make an effort to understand and maybe you will find the answers!!
